- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills in medication administration and resident care.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications in medication administration and resident care preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience working with seniors and in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
