Senior Technical Support Specialist

The Senior Technical Support Specialist role involves delivering exceptional technical assistance to users, executing system modifications, and working in tandem with advanced support teams. This position demands exemplary customer service capabilities and robust technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical assistance through various channels including phone, email, chat, and face-to-face interactions
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software, workstation, audiovisual equipment, and printer complications
  • Support the resolution of network-related issues
  • Engage with advanced support teams for complex problems
  • Document processes and develop knowledgebase entries
Essential Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED along with 3 years of pertinent experience
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Familiarity with imaging software and solutions, Active Directory, and LAN/WAN fundamentals
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy
  • Understanding of enterprise-level Apple product management tools
  • Experience with legacy operating systems and hardware
