Business Operations Coordinator

Clear Channel Communications, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to support the execution and analysis of strategic initiatives that drive business growth and revenue generation. As a key member of the Clear Channel Airports team, this role will play a critical part in sustaining and improving business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain regular reporting for Leadership and Sales Management on sales performance, sales initiative productivity, and other key metrics.
- Support new Account Executives onboarding process, including system setup and assignments.
- Complete inventory and Salesforce maintenance, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain project meeting invites, timelines, and action items.
- Collaborate with project and technical teams to manage communications, document needs and progress, and ensure completion and testing.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and training materials for various systems and procedures.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent preferred, or a combination of relevant work and educational experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in supporting or collaborating with multiple teams.
- Project management experience a plus.
- Attention to detail: working in a conscientious, consistent, and thorough manner.
- Collaboration: modifying personal style to work effectively within a team.
- Customer focus: dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Dealing with ambiguity: effectively coping with change and shifting gears comfortably.

- Written communications: able to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles.

- The employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands.

- This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
