The IT Services Coordinator ("ISC") plays a crucial role in providing support for IT systems, as well as overseeing the administration, monitoring, and upkeep of the data and communication infrastructure for the designated office of Prosum. Key responsibilities include:
Management and Support of Technology Equipment Execute necessary upgrades as required Diagnose equipment issues and collaborate with vendors or IT colleagues for resolution Dispose of outdated equipment following approved procedures Adhere to Asset Management Procedures and ensure real-time database updates Video Conferencing Setup for Meetings Organize and supervise video conferences Maintain video conferencing equipment Account and Equipment Provisioning Manage the provisioning and decommissioning of network accounts Configure mobile devices and relevant applications Image and provision new desktops and laptops Essential Job Functions: Deliver outstanding customer service and prompt resolution of end-user technology challenges Communicate effectively with end-users, colleagues, vendors, and management Follow best practices for hardware installations and upgrades Create service tickets to monitor technology issues Take ownership of escalated tickets from the help desk Provide support for meetings – including video conferences, webinars, and presentations Maintain office Active Directory security and distribution groups Comply with Information Security policies and procedures Assist with IT projects and initiatives Qualifications and Experience
Required Qualifications: Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Document Management Systems (NetDocuments), Active Directory, computer hardware maintenance and repair, printer and copier configuration and troubleshooting, MDM, and mobile device services, Zoom, Microsoft Teams. A foundational understanding of Internet protocols, data connectivity methods, and remote access technologies. Training in telephone and voicemail systems, as well as knowledge of wireless networking and video conferencing systems is advantageous. Exceptional interpersonal skills are vital for this role, enabling effective collaboration with end-users, IT peers, vendors, and management. The individual will be part of the Information Technology Team, providing support as needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years in a Microsoft Environment, preferably in a medium to large setting.
