**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at the Licking Regional ESC. As a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis, the successful candidate will work closely with a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to implement evidence-based interventions and support students with complex behavioral needs.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

  • Providing individualized support to students with disabilities in various settings.
  • Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.

**Requirements & Qualifications:**

  • Current RBT certification and a completed 40-hour training program in behavior analysis.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

**Estimated Compensation:**

$28-$40 per hour based on relevant experience and qualifications.
