As a Behavioral Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist in delivering behavior analysis services under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have completed the 40-hour RBT training class and passed the competency exam.

You should be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.
