Job Title: Behavior Technician

Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Description:

As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in assisting our BCBA in implementing behavioral programming. This includes collecting data on all programming, writing progress notes, and adhering to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data on all programming
  • Write progress notes and maintain accurate records
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in behavioral programming
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
