Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with families and colleagues to deliver exceptional care and support
- Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality direct services

Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proven experience in developing and implementing client programs, preferably within the ABA industry
