Job Overview
Rockford Center, a 138-bed mental health facility in Newark, DE, is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. This rewarding role involves providing direct patient care to geriatrics, adults, adolescents, and children with psychiatric disorders.

As a Behavioral Health Technician at Rockford Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients. Your key responsibilities include:

* Monitoring unit patients and completing rounds as assigned
* Participating in treatment planning
* Assisting in the admission process
* Orienting new patients to the unit and their program
* Planning and preparing for group therapy sessions
* Maintaining patient, program, department, and related documentation
