Job Title: Home Visitor - Behavioral Health ProfessionalAbout the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Visitor to join our team at Integrated Services for Behavioral Health. As a Home Visitor, you will play a vital role in providing essential support services to families in Licking County, OH.

In this rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to work with children and their families, promoting healthy development and well-being. Your expertise in establishing trusting relationships, assessing individual needs, and developing personalized plans will be invaluable in making a positive impact on our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and maintain regular contact/support with families, focusing on building strong relationships and addressing individual needs.
  • Assist families in setting and achieving goals, while also monitoring the normal growth and development of target children.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, participate in program evaluation, and engage in cross-systems training to stay up-to-date on community resources.
  • Meet billing productivity requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children and their families, with a strong focus on relationship-building and community engagement.
  • Associate's degree required; relevant experience and certifications considered an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to cultural awareness, sensitivity, and competence.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely and efficiently, with appropriate insurance coverage.
