About the Role

The Registered Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and support. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will work closely with our patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide compassionate and individualized care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the assessment and planning of individual treatment programs for patients, consulting with relevant staff members as needed.
  • Implement individualized treatment programs as directed by Health Care Practitioner, administering medications and obtaining diagnostic tests in accordance with orders and protocols.
  • Document nursing encounters using SOAP form of charting, attend mandatory staff meetings and training, and communicate information to relevant staff members as necessary.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
  • Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
