Position Overview:

The NetSuite Administrator plays a vital role within our Technology Services division, contributing significantly to the planning, design, development, and implementation of enhancements to our financial applications. This position requires collaboration with business stakeholders to harmonize technical and business goals while establishing clear and stable priorities for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product planning for Financial Applications through continuous collaboration and decision-making with a diverse team, including developers and business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business leaders and the IT department to formulate business cases, conduct product evaluations, and manage communications and reporting.
  • Lead and collaborate with development and engineering teams to assess requests, devise solutions, troubleshoot issues, and eliminate barriers to support the dynamic needs of the organization.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience with NetSuite, preferably in an administrative capacity, with a focus on Procurement and Inventory, Suite Scripting, Integration, and workflows.
  • Adept at balancing routine business requests with the IT roadmap.
  • Experience in drafting business and functional requirements for the design, development, and deployment of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
