Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to comprehend their operational workflows and requirements.
  • Assist in diagnosing and refining NetSuite solutions that enhance operational efficiency and foster business development, particularly concerning Engineering Services 'Work in Progress', project time tracking, and utilization metrics.
  • Offer specialized guidance regarding the ERP needs of various internal teams utilizing NetSuite's case management functionality.
  • Continuously oversee, manage, and enhance the NetSuite implementation.
  • Deliver practical training and suggest supplementary technologies, including support after deployment.
  • Investigate and resolve intricate system and user challenges, coordinating the resolution process.
  • Develop advanced SuiteScripts, tailor forms, records, and fields, and implement comprehensive NetSuite solutions.
  • Create new custom features and maintain existing NetSuite customizations, with an emphasis on time tracking roles and customized approval workflows.
  • Execute basic administrative functions within the NetSuite ERP, such as modifying records, forms, and fields.
  • Leverage prior experience in engineering or construction services, particularly in areas like Work in Progress and project costing.
  • Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) environments is preferred.
Compensation Details

The hourly pay range for this position is $100 - $200+/hr.
