Job Overview

Seitel Systems Inc is a leading provider of IT engineering services to small and medium-sized businesses in the Puget Sound region. We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our Field Services Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and technical expertise to integrate new technologies and maximize IT investment for our clients.
  • Work with multiple clients across various industries, providing hands-on exposure to a wide range of technologies and environments.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing advanced troubleshooting skills and resourcefulness.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality services and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with Microsoft Enterprise environments.
  • Strong customer service skills and a solid work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Advanced technical skills, including Windows Server, Virtualization platforms, Azure, Office365, and Amazon Web Services.
  • Experience with network monitoring systems, IP addressing, routing, and switching.
  • Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions, Active Directory, and security solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of ConnectWise Manage and Automate, SharePoint, SQL Server, and SAN/NAS/DAS methodologies.
  • Certifications in Network+, Security+, and MCIPT/MCSE.
Work Environment

We operate on a hybrid model, with three days per week in the office and two days working remotely. This position is based out of our Seattle office, primarily supporting clients in the Seattle area, with occasional travel to Everett or Tacoma.
