Position Overview:

The NetSuite Administrator plays a pivotal role within our Technology Services division, engaging in the strategic planning, design, development, and implementation of enhancements to our financial application suite. This position requires collaboration with business stakeholders to harmonize technical and business goals while establishing clear and stable priorities for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product planning for Financial Applications through daily collaboration and decision-making with a diverse team, including developers and business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business leaders and the IT department to create business cases, conduct product evaluations, and manage communications and reporting.
  • Lead and collaborate with development and engineering teams to assess requests, design effective solutions, troubleshoot issues, and eliminate barriers to support the needs of a dynamic organization.

Essential Skills:

  • Prior experience with NetSuite, particularly in roles such as administrator, with a focus on Procurement, Inventory, Suite Scripting, Integration, and workflows.
  • Adept at balancing daily business requests with the overarching IT roadmap.
  • Experience in drafting business and functional requirements for the design, development, and deployment of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
