The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-driven, and hands-on, with a strong passion for developing scalable, secure, and integrated business applications on the Salesforce platform. You should possess exceptional skills in managing the Salesforce ecosystem, supporting existing applications, and fulfilling new business needs with user-friendly and effective solutions and customizations. A collaborative team player, you will enjoy working alongside a diverse group of highly skilled technical experts, business leaders, and clients.
While experience with Salesforce CPQ or Billing is not mandatory, a willingness to learn through mentorship, professional growth, and practical experience is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
- Manage and address support requests, including configuration modifications and bulk data updates, from the Salesforce user community while adhering to appropriate change management protocols.
- Contribute to the implementation, testing, and support of Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and billing integrations with NetSuite.
- Strictly follow and enhance security and compliance measures to protect data and ensure data privacy.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Engage in Agile development methodologies.
- Develop and uphold change management and release practices for Salesforce and integrated business applications.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or App Builder certification.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Architect, Administrator, Developer, or similar position.
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong collaborator and team player.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Billing is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000, subject to variation based on experience. Additional employee benefits at Concord Technologies include:
