Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Server Administration: Configure, install, and maintain Windows servers, server applications, and other computer peripherals.
- Network Administration: Manage network hardware, software, and operating systems, including GPO configurations, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and file server experience.
- Security and Compliance: Maintain a high level of security, including up-to-date security software releases, TLS/SSL certificate management, and ensure backups are performed, monitored, and maintained for all servers and company devices.
- Documentation and Inventory: Maintain accurate documentation for implementations, maintenance, upgrades, and inventory of IT assets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MCSE certification preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a systems administrator or similar position.
- Skills: Troubleshooting (hardware/software/networks), Windows desktop/server administration, O365, VMWare & Active Directory.
- Teamwork: Work independently and as a productive and contributing member of a team.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with ability to quickly assess and analyze problems.
- Customer Focus: Deliver customer support like you expect to receive it: with excellence.
- Competitive Salary: Salary range of $6,003 - $8,121 per month (dependent upon experience & qualifications).
