Position: Automated Quality Assurance Engineer - Specializing in DICOM, HL7, FHIR (Medical Devices/Radiology)

Company: Excelhire

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Onsite 3 days a week

Eligibility: Must be a Green Card holder or U.S. Citizen

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks to ensure product excellence.
  • Reporting on testing progress and actively participating in development discussions.
  • Proficient in Radiology workflows and healthcare standards including DICOM, HL7, and FHIR.
  • Conducting tests on regulated software medical devices within a structured quality management system.
  • Understanding of relational and document databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.

Technology Overview:

DICOM: A standard for handling, storing, and transmitting medical images like X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs.

FHIR: A standard for electronically exchanging healthcare information.

HL7: Messaging standards for healthcare data transfer.
