We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Curtiss-Wright in Cheswick, PA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes and systems that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of manufacturing systems and processes, including the creation of detailed designs, specifications, and documentation.
  • Conduct operational and methods analyses to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, procurement, and production, to ensure seamless execution of manufacturing operations.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing standard procedures, including documentation and training.
  • Act as a technical liaison with other personnel, including design, quality, procurement, inspection, and production, to ensure effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and ability to create models and drawings.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
