We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to our team at Curtiss-Wright in Cheswick, PA.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will assist in the design, integration, and improvement of manufacturing systems and processes. They will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop efficient systems, processes, and tooling that result in high-quality products meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform operational or methods analyses regarding manufacturing process flow and work instruction.
  • Assist with operational or methods analyses related to labor standards for use in conducting manufacturing operations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing engineering activities such as routine operational or methods analyses related to labor standards, reviews product/project flow data, tooling, equipment, and labor requirements.
  • Document, report, publish, and make technical presentations.
  • Act as a technical liaison with other personnel in project team or technical meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 3 years of experience.
  • GD&T knowledge.
  • Ability to create models and drawings, present design reviews, and perform trade studies and design reviews.
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
