About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Revenue Operations to join our team at Greenway Health. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve sales efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies to drive sales performance and customer acquisition
- Lead the development and implementation of sales operations processes and systems to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of sales, marketing, and customer success efforts
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and customer success teams
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, sales operations, or revenue growth roles
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex sales data and drive business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and sales analytics tools
