As a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization, we're seeking a talented Executive Director of Business Development, Senior Living to join our team.

About the Role

The Executive Director of Business Development, Senior Living will lead a team of Physician Liaisons to grow revenue and market share for UVVC in the Senior Living/OBL space. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team of Physician Liaisons to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Senior Living/OBL space, including partnerships with ALF, ILF, and Skilled Nursing facilities.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with Human Resources, Operations, and Clinical teams to develop and implement training programs for Physician/Clinical Liaisons.
  • Coaching and Performance Management: Conduct regular ride-alongs, provide coaching and feedback, and manage performance to ensure team members meet or exceed growth goals.
  • Communication and Strategy: Develop and implement effective communication and messaging strategies to ensure seamless deployment of Physician Liaisons in designated territories.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data to evaluate team performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive sustained referral growth.
  • Financial Management: Partner with Executive Leadership to develop and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly financial budgets for each territory.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Affairs, or a related field; MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in outside sales, business development, or related experience; 3-5 years working with medical professionals and/or medical Operations/Marketing.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and lead a team to achieve results.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements and market trends.
