Commercial Flooring Sales Representative

As an Account Executive at Diverzify, a leading commercial flooring installation service company, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers in selecting and purchasing the right flooring options for their properties. This position requires strong sales and communication skills, as well as the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including architects, designers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities and provide solutions to meet their flooring needs.
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers to source high-quality flooring products that meet customer specifications and budgets.
- Collaborate with the project team to coordinate installation projects, including scheduling, material ordering, and labor coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient installation of flooring products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the commercial flooring industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of commercial flooring products and installation methods.
