Job Summary

DH Pace Company is seeking a skilled Business Development Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services to commercial and industrial building owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Greensboro and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our commercial doors and related door products and services
  • Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial building owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily

Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience
  • Overhead Door experience is a plus
  • Must possess valid driver's license
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
