Position Overview:

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager for the Healthcare Market is characterized by a profound understanding of both broad and specific industry knowledge, coupled with a proven track record in sales excellence.

This role is recognized as a subject matter expert within the field, handling large, intricate, and high-profile healthcare accounts that are crucial to the organization’s strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary Account Manager for a select group of approximately 20 significant healthcare accounts, ensuring strong relationships and strategic alignment.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to leverage company resources effectively, aiming to enhance sales volume and achieve profit objectives within the designated accounts.
  • Maintain high-level executive contact with clients, emphasizing the strategic importance of the partnership.
  • Serve as the representative of the organization to clients and vice versa, focusing on account expansion and retention while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Although accountable for meeting sales quotas, performance metrics will also consider account penetration and balanced growth.
  • Function independently as the main sales manager for accounts, regardless of geographic distribution, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Engage with all management levels to negotiate and build consensus, presenting programs both internally and externally.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

6-8+ years of demonstrated experience in sales account management, ideally within the Healthcare sector.

Proven ability to engage with partners at all organizational levels, with a focus on selling to executive-level clients.

Exceptional time management skills and the capacity to take ownership of accounts are essential.

Strong analytical skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities, are crucial for success in this role.

Proficiency in advanced sales techniques and business acumen is expected, along with the ability to foster and maintain enduring customer relationships.
