Client Care Representative Role at Ethos Veterinary Health
About the Position:
Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Representative to join our team. As a Client Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients and their owners.
- Client Interaction: Welcome clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner, addressing their concerns and providing clear information about our services.
- Document Management: Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Education and Support: Educate and advise clients regarding hospital services and practices, empowering them to make informed decisions about their pets' care.
- Appointment and Emergency Management: Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients.
- Record Keeping: Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with hospital legal requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative duties, such as scanning, faxing, and emailing, to ensure the smooth operation of our hospital.
