About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Service Representative to join our team at Hawaii Pacific Health. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare professionals, facilitating communication and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including interviewing, registering, and updating patient records, as well as processing professional and technical fees.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of clerical experience in a healthcare setting or related field preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in medical terminology.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
