We are seeking a skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team at Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients and their families receive exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare professionals, providing warm and considerate assistance at our hospitals and clinics.
- Perform a combination of clerical, reception, and business duties to support the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve patient issues and concerns, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills and experience with EPIC preferred.
- One year of clerical support experience in a healthcare setting or related field.
- Basic medical terminology knowledge.
