Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administrative or sales support and be able to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Manage all office administrative activities
  • Process open sales quotes to orders
  • Greet and assist on-site visitors
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries
  • Process payment for will-call orders
  • Assist with the collection of funds
  • Work closely with branch management to maintain efficient office operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative or sales support
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient with computer and internet-based applications
