Job Summary

The Program Coordinator will work under the direction of the Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services, responsible for the smooth operation of the project on a day-to-day basis. This includes interacting with project funders, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and goals are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of the project implementation plan and timeline, and provide ongoing monitoring and supervision of key activities.
  • Collaborate with investigators in the development and coordination of all project measures and protocols.
  • Assist investigators with the interpretation of data collected and preparation of reports.
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and ongoing functioning of tracking systems.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise project staff.
  • Coordinate relationships with project collaborators and facilitate meetings of the project committee to ensure goals of integration are met.
  • Attend all project-related meetings and trainings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in public health, nursing, social work, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of program management experience in community health, clinical, and/or integrated care settings.
  • Bi-cultural/lingual skills.
