Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical eligibility assessments for adult foster care members.
  • Complete prior authorizations and ensure programmatic and contractual obligations are met.
  • Work with limited supervision to assist members with health and occupational or physical therapy activities.
  • Requires 1-2 home visits per day, with required home visits and meetings in person.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a MA RN license.
