Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Executive to provide support in project management, content development, media relations, partner engagement, digital and social media, and more for programs and campaigns with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and track project timelines and deliverables
- Provide project management support, including note-taking, schedule coordination, and monthly status reports
- Prepare client-facing materials and documentation, such as plans, presentations, and reports
- Support communications projects in content and creative development, stakeholder engagement, and public relations
- Contribute to strategic communications and campaign plans
- Develop designed materials and content, such as templates, social graphics, and FAQs
- Provide support with media relations and digital marketing activities
- Engage with partners and stakeholders to develop toolkits and support activities
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in project management support and marketing strategy/strategic planning
- Excellent organization, writing, editing, and oral communication skills
- Basic project management skills
- Strong quality control, proof-reading, and written communication skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check
- Previous agency experience
- Background or interest in public health
