Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent guest service and efficient operations
- Manage daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, room assignments, and revenue transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a front desk or guest services role in a full-service hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
