Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of Guest Service Agents, and ensuring seamless hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and guide the front desk team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and maximize revenue.
- Respond to guest requests, resolve issues, and ensure prompt and courteous service.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude, and promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze hotel operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Previous experience in a front desk or supervisory role in a full-service hotel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
