Front Desk Supervisor

Crescent Services is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Leader to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to Guest Service Agents to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Respond to guest special requests, needs, problems, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Remain calm and alert during emergency situations and/or heavy hotel activity, serving as a role model for clerks and other employees.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Front Desk experience in a full-service hotel and schedule flexibility are preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English and maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition and ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
Performance Standards:
- Customer Satisfaction: Treat all guests and associates with courtesy and respect, under all circumstances.
- Work Habits: Maintain a positive guest and associate experience by meeting and striving to exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance.
- Safety & Security: Adhere to hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
