Part Time Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part Time Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office Management Team at the Hotel Hartness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors while ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciling daily accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and welcome all guests in a professional and hospitable manner, direct guests as they arrive to property, and interact with guests in a respectful, cheerful, and polite manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Register guests and securely assign them a guest room and room key, have a thorough working knowledge of hotel property management system, and verify customers' ID and Method of Payment.
- Accounting and Reporting: Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts using the specified computer system, review the reservation transaction reports daily, and compute bills and collect final payments from guests.
- Additional Responsibilities: Assist guests in getting luggage to their rooms, work closely with bell services to maximize guest experience, and balance daily charges, cash collections, and postings.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year of supervisory and customer service experience required, luxury hotel environment highly preferred.
- Skills: Ability to work in a constructive, team working environment with a positive, upbeat and customer-focused attitude, proven success in handling guest complaints, and ability to operate smoothly and professionally under high stress situations.
