Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Warranty team, you will be responsible for managing the on-site warranty repair process, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the on-site warranty repair process, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Safely manage the work site, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.

Working Conditions:

This position requires frequent travel to construction sites and may involve working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
