Adecco US, Inc. is currently assisting a Fortune 8 company in recruiting for an experienced HYBRID Pharmacy Benefits Customer Service Representative in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Pharmacy Benefits Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, verifying eligibility, handling prior authorizations and prescription refills, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Verify client eligibility and benefits information
  • Handle prior authorizations and prescription refills in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and concerns
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and productivity standards

**Requirements:**

  • 1-3 years of recent call center experience in a healthcare setting
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Call Center experience
  • Medical field experience is a plus
