Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Assist with sales and inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
