Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement beverage programs, including cocktail lists, purchasing, and staff education.
  • Supervise front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and staff satisfaction.
  • Work with the Restaurant Management Staff to develop the restaurant's monthly operating budget and control profit and loss centers.
  • Operate the business in accordance with company policies and laws.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Restaurant Front of House Management experience.
  • High Volume, Fast Paced Environment Experience.
  • Casual Theme/Full Service Restaurant Experience.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business, or Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field preferred.
  • Superior business acumen and ability to analyze and impact business results.
  • Ability to manage/lead others and build a diverse and effective team.
