Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Front Office operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting/exceeding financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with staff and guests to provide clear direction and ensure a positive experience.
  • Greet guests promptly and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Process guest registrations, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance the house bank.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office Manager to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
  • One year experience in customer service in hospitality or a similar industry.
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to use a calculator to prepare moderately complex mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
