- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Lead a team of front desk associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain front desk performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for front desk associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Manage front desk inventory, including supplies, amenities, and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
