Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Marriott Tampa Westshore. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk area, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk environment.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service and meeting the needs of our guests.
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available and easily accessible.
* Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring that all guests are processed efficiently and accurately.
* Manage room reservations and cancellations, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and accurate.
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
