Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Join Home2 Suites Tampa as a Front Desk Agent and be the first point of contact for our guests. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest requests, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experience for all guests.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information and directions to guests regarding the local area and hotel facilities.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and reconcile charges accurately.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
