Assistant Property Manager Role

Chapman Management Group is looking for a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to become a vital part of our team. This position will involve collaborating closely with both the Property Manager and the Regional Property Manager to ensure the effective oversight of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the collection, posting, and depositing of rent and other revenue streams
  • Maintaining applicant waiting lists and processing rental applications
  • Assisting in property inspections and coordinating maintenance tasks
  • Facilitating resident relations and enforcing lease agreements
  • Performing various administrative duties as required

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of applicable experience in property management
  • Familiarity with rental housing programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with property management software such as Entrata and AvidXChange is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing environments
