Chapman Management Group is looking for a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to become a vital part of our team. This position will require collaboration with both the Property Manager and Regional Property Manager to effectively oversee our residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the collection, posting, and depositing of rent and other revenue streams
- Maintaining applicant waiting lists and processing new applications
- Assisting in property inspections and coordinating maintenance efforts
- Facilitating resident relations and ensuring lease compliance
- Performing various administrative duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of applicable experience in property management
- Familiarity with rental housing programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with property management software such as Entrata and AvidXChange is advantageous
- Strong communication abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours in diverse neighborhoods
