Sales Development Manager

Contentful is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to drive business growth and lead a team of sales professionals. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- 2-3+ years of sales leadership experience in a fast-growing high technology company
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and influence others by example
- Excellent working knowledge of the tools in today's modern sales stack, such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization including sales, marketing, product, and engineering.
