About the Opportunity

Contentful is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to drive business growth and lead a team of sales professionals. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of sales leadership experience in a fast-growing high technology company
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and influence others by example
  • Excellent working knowledge of the tools in today's modern sales stack, such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization including sales, marketing, product, and engineering.
