About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Advantage Sales and Marketing, LLC. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase sales volume through promotional activity
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including decision makers and store managers
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and territory performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective merchandising and inventory management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a retail or grocery environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel daily within assigned territory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Competitive starting wage: $21.00 per hour
  • Monday-Friday schedule, with shifts averaging 8 hours for full-time employees
