Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Project Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing project schedules, and ensuring quality control. If you have a strong background in commercial construction, excellent sales and project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development
    • Assist in fulfilling branch marketing goals and achieving sales targets
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and general contractors
  • Project Management
    • Develop project schedules, costing, and quality control plans
    • Supervise projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Operations and Administration
    • Prepare customer billings and assist in collection efforts
    • Develop and maintain accurate project records and reports
    • Contribute to the development of internal and external branch relationships

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in concrete and masonry restoration
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry and ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Excellent sales and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
