Job Title: Sales Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Lead to join our team at Frontera Health, Inc. As a Sales Development Lead, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers for our direct client services and technology product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers in the target market of smaller clinical practices outside of major metropolitan areas.
  • Outbound Sales: Execute outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate interest in our direct client services and technology products.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to determine their potential as customers for both service and product offerings.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement effective lead nurturing campaigns to build relationships with potential customers for both service and product lines.
  • CRM Management: Implement and manage a CRM system to track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions for both service and product-related opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales development or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills.
  • Ability to overcome objections and build rapport.
  • Proficiency in CRM software implementation and management.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Experience in the healthcare or behavioral health industry.
